Squirrel Uniform and Badge Placement

The Squirrel Uniform consists of the official red squirrel sweatshirt. When your child makes their promise they will be given a group neckie – this is also part of their uniform.

Please note:

  • Occasional/Fun Badges: Your child may receive an occasional or fun badge during their time in scouting. An example of this is the Queen’s Jubilee badge. Some occasional/fun badges can stay on your uniform for a short period of time and then it must come off, while others go straight onto your camp blanket. When your child receives one of these badges your leader will let you know where it goes.

  • Staged Badges: Only the highest number should be worn on your uniform.
